Advance Science of AGEs Measurement

Formed during aging or from heat-treated foods, Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs) are linked to diseases like cardiovascular issues, Alzheimer’s and osteoporosis. Institut Kurz has developed advanced methods to measure AGEs in food, in human tissue and in human cells. Bioavailability and Effect of Ingredients

Institut Kurz measures all four stages, which your food needs to pass, in order to qualify as antioxidant food: ORAC-Test: Determines, whether the food on the laboratory table has chemical antioxidant properties; Bio-availability-Test: Determines, whether the functional molecules in your food make it to the blood level after consumption; CAA-Test: Determines, whether the functional molecules of your food are able to pass from blood into the cells and whether they exhibit antioxidative effects inside the cells; Antioxidant- effect-Test: Determines by help of a bio-marker called F2-isoprostanes, whether the human body really reduces the number of oxidative attacks to its body cells. This Combo of tests gives you certainty about the antioxidative effects of your food and diet.
